RETURN AND EXCHANGE

 

Returns and exchanges are carried out by and at the expense of the customer if:

• The size, color, or style did not fit

• The product requires repair

 

Within Russia

The product is sent back via SDEK courier service or any other company.

Upon receiving a return from the buyer, the product is checked for:

• Preservation of the presentation

• Presence of all tags and labels

Then a refund is made to the buyer.

Return and exchange are at our expense if:

• A manufacturing defect is discovered

• The wrong order was sent to the customer

 

You can apply for a return within 7 calendar days after receiving the order (in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 612 dated 09/27/2007 "On approval of the rules for the sale of goods by remote means")

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

 

• Do not use the product you plan to return—it must remain new

• Keep all sewn-in labels and tags

• Keep sales, cash, or electronic receipt confirming the purchase in our store

 

Please note that if defects or signs of use are found on the returned product, the online store has the right to refuse a refund, in which case all costs for return delivery are borne by the consumer.

When returning goods of proper quality, the cost of delivery is paid by the consumer.

 

Please note: According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, we cannot accept the following items for return:

• Items with individual adjustments or embroidery

• Underwear, bodysuits, stockings, socks, swimwear, and other knitted and sewn underwear and hosiery

 

If a factory defect is found on the product you received, the warranty period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

After we receive the returned goods, the refund period is 10 business days, though we always strive to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that the time it takes for funds to be credited to your account depends on your bank’s processing speed.
